Gladis Araujo is a Global business leader with over 25 years of experience building and leading cross-cultural teams, delivering continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization on four continents in the end-to-end supply chain field. As VP of Global Quality Systems at Mattel Inc., Gladis is responsible for driving digital transformation, nearshoring initiatives, and value networks. She is the Founder and President of several non-profit organizations supporting communities of women, girls, and children in Malaysia and Mexico. Gladis has been on the receiving end of several awards and nominations for her contributions to the industry. George Lawrie

George Lawrie is a VP and Principal Analyst at Forrester Research. A member of Forrester’s advanced manufacturing team, George publishes research on supply chain and product lifecycle management platforms that empower chief operating officers and vice presidents of supply chains to transform their enterprises within the automotive, aerospace and defense, high-tech, and life science industries. Before joining Forrester in 2003, George worked for software vendors and consulting companies in supply chain application development, implementation, and product management roles. Lara Young

Lara is the driving force behind establishing and implementing Costain’s Climate Change Action Plan to transition to a net-zero organisation. Challenging existing business models and processes, her role is to embed carbon management and drive the design and delivery of whole life low carbon solutions. Before joining Beiersdorf in 2015, Harald held various leadership roles with Unilever PLC and Mars Inc, including head of the Supply Chains for the Americas and Europe. His background and experience present a truly global image. Throughout his career, he lived in five different countries in three world regions.
